How to be listed?

IF YOU HAVE BEEN TO AN OLYMPIC  GAMES  or REGIONAL GAMES in ANY CAPACITY AND ARE NOT LISTED
PLEASE CONTACT US BY E-MAIL
Please give your name, e-mail address, the year and event you worked, and the Country you represented.
Please be prepared to provide documentation; for example:

A.- A Copy of your credential from the Games
B.- A letter from the National Olympic Committee inviting you as their Doctor
C.- A letter  from the National Geverning Body that invited you, attesting to the fact that you were at the Games indicated and in what capacity
